Brineworks Opens Amsterdam Demo Plant for CO2 Removal
Carbon Herald reports portfolio company Brineworks has launched a direct-air-capture demo plant in Amsterdam, targeting CO2 capture below $100 per tonne while co-producing green hydrogen for e-fuels.
The DESY spinoff looks inside rocket engines and turbines that X-rays can't penetrate. First Momentum led the €7.1m round with Caelora, backed by the EU's Horizon Europe program.
